At the Tri-Cities Real Estate Academy, we offer a 3 step program designed for you to achieve success as a realtor.
Real Estate Principles Course -- The Principles
Course is required to take the state real estate exam. It consists of live classroom instruction, and is completed in four weeks.
State Exam Prep Class -- This class is
specifically designed to prepare you for the state exam. It uses live
instruction, and teaches you exactly how to approach the exam to pass it the first
time you take it. If you do not pass the first time, your exam fee is
refunded. No other class like it is offered in the Victor Valley.
Workshops -- After passing the state exam, we offer workshops to jumpstart your career as a realtor. In the workshops, you learn the day-to-day skills of a successful realtor, as well as professional real estate sales training and field training until you feel confident to venture out on your own.
